Eduardo Oliveira Machado de Souza Abrahão

Eduardo Abrahão is founding member of the firm, with more than 13 years’ experience in restructuring and court-supervised reorganization, litigation, public and regulatory law, especially working with real estate and life sciences (Health).

Member of the Special Commission on Court-supervised and Out-of-court Reorganization and Bankruptcy of OAB/RJ (Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro section) in the three-year periods of 2013/2015, 2015/2018, and 2018/2021.

Bachelor’s degree in Law from UCAM (Universidade Candido Mendes); Extension course in Real Estate Law and in Bankruptcy and Court-supervised Reorganization from FGV/RJ (Fundação Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro).
