Paula de Andrade Gomes Fernandes has experience in Regulatory Law applied to Supplementary Health, with a focus on strategic litigation, particularly involving high-cost and high-complexity medications.

She is also involved in high-volume litigation, with a strong emphasis on sector-specific legislation and the regulations of the Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS).

Holds a Law degree from Universidade Veiga de Almeida and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Law at the Higher School of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro, focusing on the development and enhancement of expertise in strategic legal areas.
