Eduardo Abrahão is the founding member of the firm, with more than 13 years’ experience in restructuring and court-supervised reorganization, litigation, public and regulatory law, with a particular focus on real estate and life sciences (Health).

Professional nominated in the Análise Advocacia 2025 survey in the regulatory specialty.

He was a Member of the Special Commission on Court-Supervised and Out-of-Court Reorganization and Bankruptcy of OAB/RJ (Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro section) during the three-year periods 2013–2015, 2015–2018, and 2018–2021.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes (UCAM), and has completed extension courses in Real Estate Law as well as Bankruptcy and Court-Supervised Reorganization from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/RJ).
