Agribusiness
The agribusiness sector encompasses all stages of the production of agricultural products, including services, technologies, equipment, distribution and consumption. This industry is of great importance to the Brazilian and global economy, responsible for about 21% of GDP and 43% of Brazilian exports.
With innovations in the industry, the sector has become increasingly automated and technological. The expectation is that in the coming years the sector will continue to receive large amounts of investment, whether in production or in studies that enable the development of the industry. In addition to technologies for production, transport and transformation, agribusiness also attracts capital in meteorological, biotechnological, and even energy studies, being responsible for the production of biofuels.
