Bernardo Safady Kaiuca is the founding partner of the firm, with over 20 years of expertise in Tax and Customs Law, Litigation, and Mergers and Acquisitions, and proven experience in the Real Estate, Life Sciences (Health), and Civil Engineering industries.

Professional recognized by the Análise Advocacia ranking since 2018 in the economic sector of healthcare and in the specialties of civil and real estate law, as well as among the most admired professionals in Rio de Janeiro.

He is currently a member of the Legal Board of CNS (Brazilian Health Confederation), Legal Coordinator of FEHERJ (Federation of Hospitals and Health Service Establishments of the State of Rio de Janeiro), and Legal Counsel of AHCRJ (Association of Hospitals and Clinics of Rio de Janeiro). He is also a member of AHLA (American Health Lawyers Association) and served as a member of the Sanitary and Health Law Commission of OAB/RJ (Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro section) from 2013 to 2015.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from UERJ (Rio de Janeiro State University).
