Lawyer with experience in legal consulting and judicial dispute resolution in Public Law — with emphasis on public civil actions, administrative misconduct, and civil liability — and in Private Law, especially in corporate disputes.

Also practices in Electoral Law and electoral litigation. Conducts research on data protection, technology regulation, and their impacts on the democratic environment.

Holds a Law degree from FDRP/USP and is the author of articles in the fields of Constitutional Law, Electoral Law, and Data Protection.
