Graduated in Law from Universidade Estácio de Sá, and holds postgraduate degrees in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the same institution, and in Public Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas). Served as Delegate of the Ethics and Disciplinary Board of the OAB-RJ (Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Section), with experience in investigating complaints and irregularities involving lawyers, conducting inquiries, gathering evidence, hearing witnesses, and participating in audits and procedural oversight, always focused on protecting the legal profession and upholding professional prerogatives.
