Lawyer practicing in litigation and arbitration, with a focus on corporate, civil, bankruptcy, judicial reorganization, and administrative law disputes.

Advises clients in judicial reorganization proceedings involving companies from the retail, construction, and energy sectors; public civil actions against public service concessionaires; arbitrations related to corporate disputes (such as the exercise of put options and corporate dissolutions), commercial disputes (contract defaults), and construction matters; as well as in distressed debt recovery proceedings.

Member of the Special Arbitration Committee and the Regulation Review Committee of CAMCA at the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter (OAB-SP).

Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He is also a professor in postgraduate law programs and author of books and academic articles on arbitration and civil procedure.
