Tony Chalita

Lawyer with extensive experience in legal consultancy and judicial resolution of conflicts in matters of Public and Private Law, with solid experience in collective actions and administrative improbity.

He also works in matters of Electoral and Party Law, providing consultancy to Political Parties, in addition to having coordinated the legal area of numerous electoral campaigns for candidates for the State Executive, Municipal Executive, Federal Legislature and State Legislature.

He held the position of Secretary of Government and Public Integrity at Rio City Hall (2021/2023), leading the creation of the Carioca Public Integrity Program, the implementation of the General Data Protection Law of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro, in addition to having held a seat on the Board of Directors of several public companies since 2021.

He was a member of the Electoral Law Commission of the OAB / SP (2016 to 2021).

Bachelor’s degree in Law and Master's degree in State Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and postgraduate degree in Electoral Law and Electoral Process from the Escola Paulista da Magistratura (EPM-EJEP). Author of academic articles on Constitutional Law.
