Infrastructure
The infrastructure sector is of immense importance for the socioeconomic development of Brazil. It encompasses transport and cargo transportation structures, such as highways, power plants, port terminals, airports and highways, in addition to telecommunications systems, aeronautical, rail, waterway and road transport, water distribution network and sewage treatment, water collection rainwater, piped gas, energy transmission systems, among others. The sector, which encompasses both public and private agents, is highly regulated and is subject to constant changes in laws and regulations in its surroundings. Our team is prepared to assist companies in the sector and advise them in the event of regulatory changes involving their businesses, concessions, tenders and privatizations.
We work in the development of private terminals, in addition to capacity and area expansion projects and load profile. We participate in bidding processes for concession, lease, onerous use assignment, among others, of port terminals, airports, highways and highways. We assist in the development and analysis of contracts and discussion of values, readjustments and application of public fees and tariffs, among others.
