Pedro Neiva is a lawyer with almost 20 years of experience in the transport, infrastructure and oil and gas sector.

Member of the FGV-Rio Port Regulation Committee, Founder of the OAB/DF Port and Maritime Law Commission and the Special Commission on Maritime, Port and Customs Law of the Federal Council of the OAB, as well as Advisor to the Brasil Export Forum – Sections Southeast and Northeast.

Bachelor of Law from Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCEUB) and postgraduate degree, Port, Maritime and Customs LawPostgraduate, Port, Maritime and Customs Law from Universidade Católica de Santos.
