Represents clients in judicial and arbitration proceedings involving infrastructure, energy, contracts, insurance and reinsurance, civil liability, among others. Her practice extends to advisory services, including the preparation of legal opinions, legal memoranda, and assessment of civil contingencies.

Marcela is a member of the Arbitration Commission of OAB/RJ and of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee. She is the author of publications and academic papers on arbitration and civil procedural law.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from New York University (NYU Law), and is a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
