Luiz Henrique Pavan has extensive experience in legal advisory services and in the judicial and extrajudicial resolution of disputes, in both the public and private sectors, actively handling the resolution of complex litigation matters.

He has over 15 years of experience in the legal field and has held various permanent and appointed public positions, working on numerous cases throughout Brazil.

He is the author of a book and academic articles and a member of a research group in Civil Procedural Law.

He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil Procedural Law and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Civil Procedural Law at the Federal University of Espírito Santo. He also holds the Certified Public-Private Partnerships Professional – Foundation (CP3P-F) certification from APMG International.
