Attorney with experience in major restructuring and insolvency matters in Brazil. Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Reading (United Kingdom), validated in Brazil by the National Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and has completed extension courses in the New Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure at PUC-Rio and Practical Commercial Arbitration at the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA).
