Lawyer with solid experience in judicial and arbitral litigation, having advised economic agents operating in the market in significant corporate and civil disputes.

He holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a Master’s degree in Business Law and Economic Activities from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He is the author of books and articles in the fields of Corporate Law and Civil Law.

In addition, he serves on federal public examination boards in the field of Business Law and is a member of the Business Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Chapter (2025–2027), as well as a consultant to the Special Commission on Business Law of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (2025–2028).
