Senior lawyer with extensive experience in administrative and judicial litigation, strategic consultancy, and arbitration, with a particular focus on the maritime, customs, agribusiness, energy, oil and gas, and intellectual property sectors.

Provides consultancy to maritime support and production companies in pre-litigation matters within the offshore sector, and represents shipowners and service providers in complex and high-value disputes involving oil companies. She has successfully handled claims related to excessive fuel consumption, improper placing of vessels under unavailability, early contractual termination, as well as disputes involving a wide range of penalties.

Advises P&I clubs, shipowners, operators, and other stakeholders in the shipping and offshore sectors, including assistance in maritime accidents, oil spills, cargo claims, and vessel arrests, as well as support in administrative proceedings before ANVISA, IBAMA, and the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU). Also represents companies operating in the agribusiness, energy, and technology sectors.
