Alice Studart has extensive experience in administrative and judicial litigation, strategic legal advice, and arbitration, with a focus on the maritime, transportation, logistics, infrastructure, oil and gas, port, customs, agribusiness, energy, and intellectual property sectors.

She was recognized by Chambers and Partners Brazil: Industries & Sectors in the Shipping area in 2026 and by The Best Lawyers in Brazil in the 2023 and 2024 editions, also in the Shipping area. She is Regional Director for Rio de Janeiro at WISTA – Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association and a member of the Maritime, Port and Law of the Sea Committee of the Rio de Janeiro State Bar Association (OAB/RJ).

She holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Civil and Procedural Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), as well as a specialization in Maritime Law from FGV. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Estácio de Sá (UNESA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
